SHIPPING 

All orders that require shipping will incur a shipping fee, these fees are determined by the shipping provider.

AUSTRALIA

Please allow for up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped once processed. Orders placed with Australia will be delivered within 2-7 business days once shipped. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 7+ business days for delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL

Please allow for up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped once processed. International orders will take approximately 7-14 days to deliver once dispatched. Please note that your estimated delivery time is determined by our shipping company. Please note there may be some delays due to effect of COVID-19 on freighting capacities. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be required by your local government and customs office to pay duties and taxes. Please note that any charges are out of the control of ELLE PTY LTD. For any queries concerning these costs please contact your local authority. Please note that international orders that incur duties and taxes will not be refunded as they are not under the jurisdiction of ELLE PTY LTD.
